Sleeve tattoos are large, interconnected designs that cover the arm or the leg like clothes do. They can range in coverage from just a portion of the arm to the entire arm, from the shoulder down to the wrist and based on this they are called full sleeves, half sleeve, or quarter sleeves. They can be created as one continuous piece or built over time by connecting smaller tattoos into a cohesive design. Old School RuneScape sleeves vary just as much and they can either contain one small OSRS element, or many. Often times, there are crossovers with other games or universes in the sleeve.

Bandos symbol sleeve

Clue scroll sleeve
This scaper got a full OSRS sleeve that connects multiple game elements through a back lacy design. Pots, a reward casket, the great olm, a pink party hat, a clue scroll, a clue scroll puzzle, GP, and the player mod icon are just some of the elements depicted in this colourful and elaborate sleeve tattoo.
WOM sleeve
This is a non-runescape sleeve that contains one small incognito element that puts a smile on every scapers face: a WOM symbol.
Wise Old Man Sleeve
This half sleeve is a sketch of the Wise Old Man on the background of a modern city with large buildings and skyscrapers. Filled with details it resembles sketch art and it makes use of various techniques to bring to life different textures and elements.
Dragon dagger sleeve
This leg sleeve features various elements, including a dragon dagger, a hat, and some text. The sleeve is created purely through the placement of each individual tattoo and colouring, but there’s no additional design that creates cohesion.
Dragon scimitar sleeve
This half sleeve contains various non-runescape elements but it’s topped and bottomed by a dragon scimitar and an infernal axe.

This scaper got a full sleeve with an added RuneScape element. They posted it together with the text “added a piece of history in my sleeve tattoo: Saradomin symbol also symbol of Prayer. Tetris skilling sleeve
This gamer got a crossover Tetris-OSRS half sleeve tattoo. The colourful and striking tattoo details the OSRS skill icons in a hexagon pattern and colourful Tetris blocks arranged in an HP skill icon shape topped by a red party hat.
Party hats sleeve
This scaper got a full colourful sleeve filled with both RuneScape and non-RuneScape elements. Amongst the OSRS elements there are multiple Halloween masks and multiple party hats scattered around the forearm.
RuneScape Sleeve
This sleeve tattoo contains a variety of colourful abstract designs and it’s completed by the text “RuneScape”. The colourful piece represents a grafitti style tattoo and it’s unique amongst the RS tattoos through the style.
Tangleroot Sleeve
This scaper got a Tangleroot sleeve. The other elements of the sleeve are connected through a black dot design, but most of the tattoos are created with coloured ink.
Third age sleeve

Wilderness Sleeve
This leg sleeve features a crossover between the RuneScape Wilderness and many other anime and cartoons. It is created using loads of colours and loads of details and shading.
Saradomin Godsword Sleeve
This half sleeve is a RuneScape – Pokemon crossover featuring vibrant colours and a single OSRS element: a Saradomin Godsword.
