With over 90 members the clan hosts Bingos often and cares about more than the in game wellbeing of its members with features like mental health coaching. Smoke, the owner of the clan, agreed to share some insight and astound with the visuals!
What inspired you to start your own clan in OSRS?
When Bored Games disbanded, it left a void and a lot of saddened members.
Smoke stepped up and created Varietyz to keep our close-knit community alive and thriving.
What sets your clan apart from others in OSRS?
Varietyz isn’t just another clan; it’s a vibrant, evolving community with:

We’re like family—good-spirited, helpful, and friendly.
Can you share a particularly memorable event your clan has organized?
Our constant Bingo events are always a blast, but the Vet’ion group kill with a hilt drop and massive splits was unforgettable!
What types of events and activities does your clan regularly host?
Bingo Events: Linked to in-game progression with awesome graphics.
Sporadic Competitions: Offering bond rewards.
Any future events you’re excited to host?
We’re planning to introduce an autonomous system to host a variety of events via our Discord.
What’s the biggest drama or conflict you’ve had to deal with as a clan owner, and how did you resolve it?
Once, a member tried to bribe me with 120m to ban another member. I refused the bribe and promptly removed the bribing member from the clan. We’ve had no major dramas since then, thanks to our logs and checks.
What’s the most wholesome moment you’ve witnessed in your clan?
Members sharing their real-life achievements with the clan, feeling comfortable enough to celebrate personal milestones with us, has been incredibly heartwarming.
What are some of the biggest changes you’ve implemented in the clan over time?

How do you handle recruitment and ensure new members fit well with the clan’s culture?
We personally meet with potential members and conduct character checks to ensure they’ll fit right in with our community.
What has been the most rewarding aspect of being a clan owner for you personally?
Seeing lost players find their way and make friends within the clan gives a lot of purpose to what I do, with the help of my dedicated staff.
